GEV Offshore commissioned us build a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that would allow its clients to easily and securely monitor, grade and comment on the competency and quality of the personnel GEV was placing with them.
With many of the staff working remotely on assets such as offshore oil rigs, the level of feedback on personnel performance covering areas such as health & safety, collaboration, competence etc. has historically been limited and with no recognised gateway for the exchange of this information in a concise and intuitive way.
