Jigsaw London is the American operation of the British fashion retailer Jigsaw. A good percentage of their online traffic comes from consumers browsing on mobile devices and tablets. Jigsaw London wanted to develop their existing Magento store into a mobile friendly, responsive website, strengthening the mobile user experience.
Continuity was an issue too. The UK version is built on the BT Fresca platform, while the US version is built on Magento. There were significant comparative differences in the two user journeys and how the products were displayed and added to basket. Our brief was to recreate the US site to look identical to the UK version.
